Gedung Sate is named after the shape of the building's pinnacle which resembles Indonesia satay food dish. Today this is building is the Head Office of West Java provincial government and House of Representatives. Thank you to Yohanna of Jakarta, Indonesia.

I was on a stopover at Bandung. Bandung is a cool pleasant highland town with many universities and famous for jeans outlets. This postcard shows a famous colonial building - Gedung State. Thanks so much for this card sent by Vivin who lives in Bandung, Java, Indonesia.
