Mali - The Historic City of Hamdallahi
The historic city of Hamdallahi consists of the remains of the ancient capital of Diina. It covers an area of 246 ha and includes the following elements:
- the remains of Tata in mud bricks;
- the Palace of Sékou Amadou surrounded by a stone wall;
- the mausoleums located within the Palace;
- the new Mosque built on the site of the historic Hamdallahi Mosque.
The historic Hamdallahi City classified in the national heritage by the Decree N ° 283 / P - RM of August 08, 2007.
