Georgia - Fort Frederica National Monument

Centuries old conflict was decided on St. Simons Island where Georgia's fate was sealed in 1742 when Spanish and British forces clashed. Fort Frederica's troops defeated the Spanish, ensuring Georgia's future as a British colony. Nice Fort Sumter National Monument stamp used. Thanks to Jess of USA.
