Anhui Province. I went up to the top of Mt. Huangshan before and so this postcard has special significance. The postcard is entitled "Buddha Halo of Mount Huangshan: A Natural Phenomena". If you look at the left bottom corner of the postcard, you can see why. Nice commemorative stamps used. Thanks to Ma of Beijing.
