The Ibans or Dayaks were long ago known as "Head Hunters" and lived in long house riverine communities.

Ibans (Dayaks) are the largest ethnic group in Sarawak. At the traditional longhouse, the Ibans doing the "ngajat" dance. Visitors to the longhouses reached by river boats and are welcomed with a strong alcoholic drink "tuak". Thanks to Barbara of Kuching.
