Malaysia - Melaka - Fort Famosa
Melaka (Malacca) is now a UNESCO WHS city and has started in 1402 AD as a spice port in the Straits of Malacca (Melaka). It was captured in 1511 by the Portuguese. Here are the ruins of the Santiago Gate of A'Famosa Fort and Statue of St. Xaviers at St. Paul's Hill church.
