USA - Wyoming - State Map - No stamp

Nice pictorial state map postcard of Wyoming. No stamp on the postcard but it still reached timely with a "POSTAGE DUE $2.30". I did not have to pay any postage due. This is an interesting postal history. Thanks again to Cottonwood of Idaho, USA for sending many wonderful postcards from his travel in Colorado and Wyoming that I received in October 2017.
