India - List of States and Union Territories

I am trying to collect a postcard from each of the 29 states and 7 union territories of India which is a total of 36 regions.

As of  May 22, 2018, I have 28 out of 36. Anyone can help me the remaining - it can be mailed from anywhere in India - thank you - Namatase.
